Beginning this fall and continuing into the winter, Englewood Arts will offer woodworking and wood turning classes and workshops for a variety of interests and skill levels. We will offer a monthly studio membership that gives experienced woodworkers access to the space and equipment for their own creative projects, after some required training and certification.

The Pryor Wittmeyer Wood Studio was created to be a community resource for everyone, from someone picking up a woodworking tool for the first time to highly skilled and experienced woodworkers. The studio provides access to high-quality woodworking equipment, such as wood-turning, as well as knowledgeable instruction, and a dedicated space where people can learn, create, build skills, and work alongside others.

The studio was built from the ground up through the generous support of Fred and Jami Pryor, whose significant investment made it possible for Englewood Arts to expand its facilities and bring a fully equipped woodworking studio to the community.
Larry Wittmeyer worked closely with Englewood Arts and the Pryors to lead the project build-out and help bring the vision for the space to life, and we can’t wait to share it with you!
