Camp Shakespeare

Spring Break, March 30th to April 3rd, 2026

Unleash your inner artist this spring at Englewood Art’s Spring Arts Camp!

KC’s own Heart of America Shakespeare Festival brings its signature Camp Shakespeare experience to Englewood Arts!

For over 25 years HASF Education has been helping students of all ages have a better understanding and enjoyment of Shakespeare. Join our experienced staff for this fun, active, and unique Spring Break experience. HASF Teaching Artists will share their knowledge of acting and Shakespeare through activities and exercises designed to create accessible and lasting experiences. Students will gain skills in acting, improvisation, stage combat, costume and prop creation as well as an introduction to Shakespeare and the arts.

Ages: 7-12
Hours: 8:30am to 3:30pm
Weekly Rate: $245

How to Register:

Interested in enrolling in camp? Please follow these steps:

  1. Complete the Interest Form.

    All prospective campers must submit an Interest Form to be considered for enrollment.

    • Interested in a scholarship? Be sure to select “Yes” on the Interest Form.

    • Submission of the Interest Form does not guarantee a spot in the camp or a scholarship award.

  2. Receive Your Offer Email

    Within one week of submitting the Interest Form, EA staff will send a personalized Offer Email, which will include:

    1. Your child’s enrollment status (admitted or waitlisted)

      • Admission is processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

      • Waitlisted campers may be admitted if space becomes available.

    2. Scholarship award details, if applicable

    3. A link to complete registration and submit payment (for admitted campers)

  3. Confirm Enrollment & Submit Payment

    • Payment must be completed by March 2, 2026 to secure your child’s spot.

    • Campers whose payment is not received by the deadline will be considered unregistered, and their spot may be offered to a waitlisted participant.
