  • We only schedule one large group at a time, however, if you are booking for just 1 or 2 people, there may be another group of 2 back in the hot shop at the same time. But don’t worry, each group will have their own glassblower, bench and tools.

  • YES, This way the glassblowers don't have to reset the shop in between guests.

  • No, our Make Your Own Experiences are beginner friendly. Our glassblowers will assist you during the entire experience, while still allowing you to be extremely hands on.

  • Our Make Your Own Experiences fill up fast! We highly recommend booking ASAP to get your spots. Our weekends can book up about 2 months in advance.

  • It is absolutely not expected by any means, but if you feel you had an exceptional experience, it would certainly be appreciated by your glassblowers.

  • Absolutely! For children you must be at least 8 years old, we require a parent / guardian to complete a majority of the work while the child helps intermittently.

  • No, We have gloves, safety glasses, and heat protection sleeves available.

  • Yes. You are more than welcome to bring a friend or family member to watch your experience & take photos / videos.

  • Yes, you can make more than one item. We would just need to know that at the time of booking so we can reserve the appropriate amount of time for you.

  • Yes, the only additional cost would be tax.

  • Dress comfortably (natural fiber clothing is best). Please wear closed toe shoes to your experience. Long hair should be tied back. Avoid dangly jewelry.

  • Of course! Our Make Your Own Experiences are meant for you to create your own one-of-a-kind piece of art. Our glassblowers will show you all of the color options at the time of your appointment.

  • We suggest arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to allow for paperwork.

  • Absolutely! Let us know at the time of booking. If you would like tables and chairs please let us know at time of booking so we can have them set up for your arrival. Who Doesn’t Love a Party!?

  • Not every item takes the full 30 minutes to make, however we book our experiences in half hour increments to allow sufficient time for you to choose your colors and for our glassblowers to go over safety instructions.

  • Of course. Let us know at the time of booking what accommodations are needed.

  • Yes!

  • The customer does a majority of the work under the supervision and guidance of our glassblowers. If at any point you may feel uncomfortable, simply let the glassblowers know & they can assist you as much as you’d like.

  • Just give us a heads up and we will be sure a staff member is available to capture your experience.

  • Items made with hot glass need time to cool in our annealer. Therefore, your piece can be picked up as early as 7 days after your appointment. We can ship items if needed - the cost is $15 per household plus $5 per each item after the first.

  • Some items (ornaments, pumpkins, and bowls) involve blowing into a tube. A sanitized mouthpiece is attached to the tube for each person. Other items (paperweights, hearts, and flowers) involve hot sculpting. This includes using tools to pull, twist and shape the glass.

  • No, If you want to make different or larger objects check out our Expanded Glass Lab Experience. However, there will be some seasonal offerings throughout the year.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer group rates.

  • If you can't make it to your appointment please contact us ASAP so we can try to reschedule your appointment and to allow other customers the opportunity to try and get that time slot.

  • No - you select your item once you arrive at the studio. We have a case of customer made examples for you to look at before making a decision. What we do need to know at the time of booking is how many items each person will be making, as this will determine how much time is reserved for your group.
